At Su Casa Handyman, we recently completed a project in Salt Lake City that involved both fireplace and garage repairs. For the fireplace, we began by clearing the work area and setting up dust mitigation. We then removed the old tiles and replaced them with drywall above the mantel, finishing the joints and priming them. The garage repair involved removing the existing soffit above the door, repairing and replacing two recessed lights, and installing a new soffit with perimeter trim.
